The girls here are seriously the sweetest! They made me feel so confident and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have a lot of anxiety, but they were so patient and welcoming !! I instantly felt like I belonged. It’s such a girls’ girl environment and a place where women truly support other women. If you want to feel cared for and leave glowing inside and out, this is your spot! 💛 These are some of the products I’ve been using from them and highly recommend — my skin has never looked or felt better!

Katlynn super sweet every time I come in. Her customer service is always on point with me and other customers! Today SATURDAY September 6, around 3pm. It’s a Saturday so many people are off work on Saturdays and you have one person work . WHY? How safe is this? What if some creepy person came in and tried to harm one of your employees. You should really take in consideration and show your employees that you care about them and their safety. I would never allow one of my employees to work by themselves. That is so dangerous. As full as the lobby was Katlynn did fantastic on helping everybody! I would’ve given five stars but obviously because of poor staffing that’s why you get 4 You Guy are Awesome!

I absolutely love going to glo tanning on 104th and Western the place is always clean the staff are friendly especially Katelynn I absolutely love her she is always so nice and friendly always lets me know the latest products that are available for purchase. Highly recommend.

When I first visited, I went in a little apprehensive after reading mixed reviews about the customer service. I work in high-level customer service for a major telecommunications company, so I have a strong understanding of what excellent service looks like, and it’s a requirement for me. With that in mind, I can honestly say that my experience was great. The cost is reasonable for the range of services offered, and I appreciate the flexible freeze and cancellation policy. I do, however, have some feedback. After watching an interview of the CEO, I’m not certain how seriously he would take it, but I’m going to provide it. The majority of the poor reviews for Glo involve the sales tactics. It is clear that employees are required to present product recommendations, which I understand, but the amount of information being delivered at once is overwhelming and confusing. I actually felt bad for the staff, because while one employee was kindly explaining every single product across four different bundles, the other was handling check-ins and cleaning on her own. The staffing level itself seems appropriate, but the process could be improved. My suggestion is to enhance the initial consultation questionnaire. A more detailed intake form could gather more meaningful information about each customer’s goals, skin type, and preferences. With that information in place, employees could offer more personalized and streamlined recommendations instead of going through every product bundle. I looked at the ingredients, and they are good ingredients, but most of them are the same. There are some formulation differences, but, not enough to where the time spent is necessary. Changing the process would reduce customer frustration, shorten wait times, and still support sales in a way that feels more personal and more customer-focused. Overall, I had a great first visit. I have zero complaints for the girls at this location. They’re sweet, uplifting, and do a great job at recommending products. I am excited to continue using my membership. I simply believe this small adjustment could elevate the customer experience even further. Thank you to the hard working girls at the counter. You’re doing a great job. Keep it up!

I recently (2 days) came back to a different location to start my membership again after 5 yes of being away. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly. The beds and spas are very clean. And they are always there with a smile. I'm so happy that I have made the decision to start back up here. One session was all it has taken to lift my spirits. Thank You Glo for keeping me in your system, so I could pick up where I left off.
